The Department of Human Resources, division of Organization and Staff Development offers a variety of services for the University of Connecticut Health Center employees.
These services focus on providing the University of Connecticut Health Center employees and departments with learning opportunities in the area of professional development, management and leadership development and compliance training. Other services include organizational development, strategic planning, and career advancement and enrichment counseling.

Services Offered
Organization and Staff Development works to advance the organizational
effectiveness of and its departments and promotes the professional
development of those who are part of the Health Center community.
Employees, students and volunteers may improve their skills through a range
of learning opportunities including professional, managerial, career
development, and online education programs through the HealthStream Learning
Center. The office also coordinates health center orientation for all new
members of our workforce and provides information for student placements.
