Payroll

The Payroll Unit provides timely and accurate payments to all UConn Health Center employees by following guidelines, policies and procedures set forth by the Health Center, the State of Connecticut and the Federal Government. In addition, it is responsible for processing employee payments on a bi-weekly basis, including regular pay, lump-sum payments for separating employees, workers’ compensation checks, other pay due employees, changes to pay such as tax status, direct deposit, and other employee pay deductions.

ePay - Paycheck Information Self Service

Paycheck information is now accessible online through the State of Connecticut Core-CT web portal. It is recommended that employees review ePay instructions prior to logging in for the first time. The Core-CT system is available Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Non pay week Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

ePay: Digital Pay Statements Start After
July 12

The Office of the State Comptroller is transitioning employees to a paperless paycheck information system known as ‘ePay’. The last printing of direct deposit advices will be for check date July 12, 2013 (distributed July 11).

After July 12, direct deposit advices will no longer be printed or distributed.

Access to ePay is immediately available to all employees through the state's Core-CT system. CoreCT is the State of Connecticut's human resources, payroll and financial system..

Individuals without direct deposit will continue to receive physical paychecks and will also be able to access their pay stub information online through ePay.

After July 12, physical paychecks will no longer be hand distributed. They will be mailed to the employee's home address. Optionally, an employee may elect to pick up a physical paycheck in Human Resources. All employees are urged to consider the benefits of direct deposit
