Travel Advisory
Canadian TN Visa

All non U.S. Citizens and non Permanent residents planning to travel outside of the U.S. who plan to return must have the following documents to present for reentry into the U.S.:

Canadian TN Visa Holders must have the following documents to ensure re-entry to the U.S.:

  1. An I-94 card annotated by the BCIS as TN, valid for a period beyond the anticipated travel.
  2. Canadian Passport.
  3. The faculty sponsor letter that was used in obtaining the most recent TN status
  4. A copy of your degree certificate as evidence that you are eligible for TN visa
  5. If your dependents will be applying for dependent visas you will need the marriage certificate for your spouse and birth certificates for children.
